Shipping Policy

When will your Plant Puppy arrive?

We ship out to our customers Monday-Wednesday to provide a timely delivery using 3-day priority mail. Inclement weather and other circumstances might push back your shipping date. A tracking number will be provided to you upon purchase, so you know the moment your Plant Puppies arrives.

We take great care and passion in packaging and shipping your Plant Puppy so you can enjoy their beauty when they arrive.

Your Plant Puppy might come out looking a little droopy, but with some sun, water and love your Plant Puppy will thrive. This is because some plant puppies simply have a hard time with the change from greenhouse to a new environment. Most, however, have no problem.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Packages returned by the carrier will not be refunded or replaced.

Most items ship separately but some might ship together or sooner than one another.

Note: During colder months orders might be placed on hold depending on the weather to guarantee a healthy Plant Puppy when it arrives.

Plant Puppies wants to make sure you are happy with your plants when you receive them and we provide a guarantee that your Plant Puppy will arrive to you alive. Below are the specifics of our refund policy.

Receiving a dead plant

We hope this never happens, but plants are living things and sometimes things happen during shipping. If you receive a Plant Puppy that is dead when you open the box, the problem(s) must be reported to Plant Puppies within 48 hours of delivery and picture documentation will be required for all claims. Refunds are eligible for store credit only, and only granted after claim is resolved.

Did one of your Plant Puppies arrive alive, but not looking good? Please email us or send a direct message to our Instagram @plantpuppies2024 with photos so that we may help!

Our Guarantee

There is no warranty or guarantee on Plant Puppies beyond our guarantee they arrive to you alive.

The arrive to you alive guarantee is void when packages are left outside during adverse weather.

Returns

All sales are final. Once an order is confirmed, we are no longer able to make any modifications to your order. This includes adding, removing, and substituting items

We do not accept returns.
